Our Team

Our President, Shawn Gillispie, graduated from West Texas A&M University and has over 20 years of experience as the owner/operator of a multi-million dollar farming operation. In addition, he is a licensed real estate agent and broker, specializing in agricultural and commercial land listings. 

As our Vice President, Josh is a founding partner and the operational head of both GPD Construction, LLC and Gillispie Palmer Development, LLC. His vision, decisive leadership, and dedication to the company’s expansion have been crucial to our growth. 

After graduating from West Texas A&M with a bachelor in business administration in 2007, Caleb spent 9 years leading multi-million dollar commercial construction projects in DFW and Houston as a project manager. He now brings the expertise gained through that work to our clients and projects as the leader of our Fort Worth Division. 

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, John Palmer is our Vice President of Construction Management and part-owner of GPD. He owned and operated a residential and light commercial construction company for over 17 years and managed commercial projects valued at over $50M for over 10 years, before joining GPD to manage site operations.

One of our newest construction managers, Ryan brings over 4 years of experience and a careful eye for detail to every project he takes on.
